How long will it take for my order to be sent?
Once your order has been placed and received, our team aim to dispatch your orders within 2-3 business days. If the items you ordered are not available immediately or if there is a stock issue you will be contacted by email directly by our friendly team within 48 hours to discuss alternative arrangements.

How long is our Estimated delivery time?
We ship via Australia Post. We ask that you please bear in mind the Estimated parcel delivery times will vary depending on the weight, size, and the
origin/destination of your parcel. Please check with your local post office to confirm regular parcel delivery times for your area. Estimated delivery times are referred to in business days and are as follows:
Western Australia:
Metropolitan areas; 1 - 2 business days
Between metropolitan areas and country location; 3 - 5 business days
Australia:
Capital cities; 3 - 6 business days
Other interstate locations; 5 - 10 business days
International:
Anywhere between 3-6 weeks depending on the location and origin of where the item is being delivered.
How can I get stickers?
We put free stickers in every order as often as possible.
Is everything Kaas makes limited edition?
Yes, everything is produced in exclusive quantities.
How do I use a promotion/discount code?
To redeem your discount enter the code upon checkout in the 'Discount Code' field.
How do I exchange/refund my order?
We are happy to refund or exchange any Kaas products for another size, colour or model. Products must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached and an email directly to [email protected] confirming that you want an exchange/refund. You will be required to pay the postage costs for exchanges. Once we receive the goods we will process within 3 days and inform you within 48 hours of receipt if there is a stock problem. Refunded items will be credited to the account that you provided details for when making your order.
What if my item is faulty on delivery?
In the unlikely event you receive your Kaas products in an unsatisfactory condition please send an email directly to [email protected] stating exactly what the fault is. We will credit you for the postage costs and redeliver for free. Please also inform us if you want a refund or replacement and we will contact you within 48 hours if there are any stock problems.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes of course! Please email us immediately at [email protected] and we will amend your details and send confirmation of the change, as long as the item you ordered hasn't already been sent.
Is an item in stock?
Products that we hold as core items will be shown as a 'stocked item' on each individual product page and have the listed quantities shown available. Other/Older products may be in stock with us depending on season or available for you to order within a varying time frame.
